What better testament to the quality of the work done by AA ESC and to the professionalism of the staff than our 25+ year history with them! The cleaning team are always pleasant, punctual and hardworking, and Elizabeth and her office staff are most professional and responsive. It’s been truly wonderful to arrive home on a Friday afternoon to a fresh, clean house. I can’t say enough good things about them.

We have been loyal AA clean customers for 8 years. In addition to doing great work, they have also been a great value, only raising our cleaning cost one time in that entire time and completely reasonable increase. We also receive a weekly email reminder with time of arrival and communication and customer service has always been exceptional. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for environmentally friendly and quality cleaning services at a great price.

AA Clean are excellent: reliable, responsive, efficient, careful, gracious cleaners. I always recommend them when someone asks for a referral

I love AA and have used them for my weekly cleaning since 2011. They are incredibly responsive, reliable, and do a terrific job!

AA is great! We have been working with the company for 11 years. They have always been reliable, efficient, and the quality of the work is excellent and consistent. We really appreciate the thoughtful approach to environmental impact of cleaning materials and methods too.

We have been using AA Environmentally Safe Cleaning for 9 years now, and have been very happy with their service. They are reliable, thorough, and considerate. Even as things changed with the pandemic causing us to work from home more, we’ve been able to work around their visits as they give clear estimates of when they will be coming to the house. And by using a crew of 3 people, they are usually in and out (of our house at least) in under an hour. I would highly recommend them.

Super reliable and diligent workers deliver a clean and tidy house with each cleaning visit. Administrative staff responds promptly and is always courteous and helpful.

AA Environmentally Safe Cleaning is the best service I’ve ever had. The place is spotless after they leave and everything smells good. No toxic chemicals. The people who do the cleaning are delightful and responsive. Make and changing dates is easy. Their administrators are responsive and compassionate. I recommend them to everyone.

very satisfied customers and highly recommend to others.

We have had our house cleaned by AAESC for over 10 years. They are communicative,
reasonably flexible and well priced for our general cleaning needs – which are not small
    with three young kids!

AAESC has been a huge help. We were getting overwhelmed with an older apartment that was difficult for us to keep clean. Being able to focus on things during our week that were not mopping a floor or scrubbing the kitchen has helped our relationship immensely. AAESC’s cleaners were always on time, did a great job and left the apartment smelling so fresh without an overwhelming amount of chemicals.

AA Environmentally Safe Cleaning cleans my house every other week. They’re great! The house is always gleaming when they’re done. They give me accurate arrival time estimates, and they’ve been very responsive whenever I’ve needed something (switching up cleaning products, adding on a fridge cleaning, etc.) Their prices are reasonable, and the team members are friendly, kind, and professional.

We have worked with AA Environmentally Safe Cleaning for 14 years, ever since we moved back to Cambridge. They do a great job, and we appreciate that they use non-toxic cleaning materials.
